Where can I find my booking number?

Look for your reference (e.g. EG-2026-01425) in any of these:

Confirmation email

Sent the moment you booked, with your reference at the top.

We message your reference and pickup details to your number.

PDF voucher

Your downloadable voucher shows the reference and QR code.

It’s in your confirmation email and your WhatsApp message from us, shown as EG-YYYY-NNNNN (older bookings start with TG-). Still stuck? Message us on WhatsApp with the email you booked with and we’ll find it for you.

Use the exact email address you entered at checkout. If you booked through an agent or a friend, ask them which email was used. We can also look it up for you on WhatsApp.

Double-check the booking reference and email for typos, and make sure there are no extra spaces. If it still doesn’t appear, your booking may be under a different email — contact our team and we’ll locate it.

Open your booking, then choose Cancel if your fare is eligible. Free-cancellation tours can be cancelled up to the cut-off shown on the booking. Otherwise, message support and we’ll help.

Yes — pickup point, date and traveler count can usually be changed. Open your booking and choose Request changes, or contact us directly and we’ll update it.
