These terms govern your use of the Egypt Gate website and your booking of tours, excursions and activities. By making a booking you agree to the terms set out below.

Bookings & payment

When you book an activity you enter into an agreement with Egypt Gate and, where applicable, the local supplier operating the experience. Prices are shown per person or per item as indicated. You may pay securely online or, on many activities, in cash on arrival.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation terms are shown on each activity before you pay. Where free cancellation is available, you may cancel within the stated window for a full refund. Other fares may be non-refundable.

Pickup & participation

Pickup times and locations are confirmed via WhatsApp before the activity. Some experiences have age, health or fitness requirements shown on the activity page; please read them before booking.

Liability

Egypt Gate acts as a booking platform connecting you with vetted local suppliers. Activities are carried out at your own risk in line with the supplier’s safety guidance.
