Luxor Sunrise Balloon, Kings & Temples – Sahl Hasheesh

Start the day in the sky above Luxor and end it among the temples of the pharaohs. This trip from Sahl Hasheesh pairs a sunrise hot air balloon ride, shared with other guests, with the best-known sites of ancient Thebes. It runs every day for bookings of 2 participants or more.

Sunrise comes early in Luxor, so we collect you at your Sahl Hasheesh hotel in the middle of the night. Count on about 16 hours for the whole trip.

Up in the basket, you watch the sun rise over the Nile Valley, the mountains and the temples below. A shared flight in Luxor normally lasts about 30 to 45 minutes, and the weather and operating conditions decide the exact time.

Back on the ground, your Egyptologist leads you across the West Bank to the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Hatshepsut. After lunch, the visit ends at the vast Karnak Temple Complex.

Your tickets for these three sites come with the trip, as do lunch, water, cola and snacks. Additional drinks, optional tombs and tips are not included.
