Luxor Valley of the Queens Mini Group – Sahl Hasheesh

Luxor in a small group is a calmer experience. On this shared tour from Sahl Hasheesh, a maximum of 6 guests explore the Valley of the Queens and the temples of ancient Thebes together. It is not a private tour.

The trip runs every day for bookings of at least 2 guests and lasts about 15 hours. A shared air-conditioned minibus with an Egyptologist on board picks you up at your hotel in Sahl Hasheesh.

Your first stop, the Karnak Temple Complex, impresses with giant columns and wide courtyards. Then you visit the temple of Hatshepsut, one of the most remarkable women to rule Egypt as pharaoh, set into the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari.

The Valley of the Queens was the burial place of queens, princes and other royals, and its tombs are beautifully decorated. Before lunch at a local restaurant, you stop for photos at the Colossi of Memnon.

Entrance tickets, lunch, water, cola and snacks come with the trip, and the program has one shopping stop. Optional tombs, extra drinks and tips are not included.

Before you go: wear comfortable shoes and bring sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat. The order of the sites may change. We bring you back to Sahl Hasheesh in the evening. Pickup time depends on your hotel, and we send it by WhatsApp or Telegram after you book.
