Hurghada City Sightseeing Tour – Sahl Hasheesh

Want to see how people in Hurghada really live? This guided evening tour takes you from your hotel in Sahl Hasheesh to the bigger city just up the coast, for a look at its history, buildings and everyday life.

Pickup is at your Sahl Hasheesh hotel, and you ride in air-conditioned transport with a professional local guide. The tour itself starts at about 17:00 in Hurghada, runs every day and takes about 3 hours.

Your guide begins at Hurghada Marina, where yachts and cafés line the water and the Red Sea shines behind them. Then you see El Mina Grand Mosque, a beautiful city landmark, and the old Coptic Church, a symbol of the cultures that share this town.

After that, it is time for the local markets. Stroll past stalls of fruit and vegetables, then visit the fish market where residents do their shopping. At the shopping stop you have free time to look for spices, natural oils and souvenirs.

To finish, a panoramic viewpoint gives you wide views of Hurghada and the sea, a great spot for photos. Then we drive you home to Sahl Hasheesh. Not included: food and drinks, your own shopping, entrance fees where they apply, and tips.
