A small group and a full day in Luxor: this shared tour from El Gouna takes no more than 6 guests, so the day feels relaxed and personal. It is not a private tour. You can go any day, and the minimum booking is 2 guests.

Your Egyptologist guide travels with you in a shared minibus with air conditioning, which picks you up at your hotel in El Gouna. The exact time depends on where your hotel is. Expect about 15 hours from start to finish.

The first temple is Karnak, among the largest religious complexes of the ancient world. Next you cross to the Nile's West Bank, where generations of pharaohs lie in the rock-cut, decorated tombs of the Valley of the Kings.

Queen Hatshepsut's temple, set into the cliffs at Deir el-Bahari, comes next. The group then takes photos at the Colossi of Memnon before sitting down to lunch at a local restaurant.

Your entry tickets are included, together with lunch, cola, water, snacks, taxes and service charges, and the day has one shopping stop. Tutankhamun's tomb and other optional tombs need extra tickets. Photos and videos, additional drinks, tips and personal expenses are not included.

Good to know: comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat make the visits easier. The order of the sites may change. The minibus returns you to El Gouna in the evening, and your exact pickup time arrives on WhatsApp or Telegram after booking.
