Orange Bay Snorkeling & Intro Dive – Soma Bay

Always wanted to breathe under water? Guests in Soma Bay can try it on this yacht day to Orange Bay, which mixes beach time, snorkeling and an optional first dive. Beginners, couples and families all fit in.

Pick the version that suits you. Option one, the Orange Bay Snorkeling Trip, covers Orange Bay and two snorkeling stops. Option two, the Orange Bay Snorkeling & Intro Dive, adds a beginner dive with a professional instructor. You do not need any diving experience.

On the day, a driver collects you in Soma Bay and takes you to the marina in Hurghada, where our boat trips are based, and you step onto a comfortable yacht. It sails daily at about 08:00, and you are out for about 8 hours in total.

Orange Bay greets you with soft sand and clear turquoise water. The yacht also stops at two coral reefs with colorful fish to watch, and snorkeling gear and life jackets are provided.

On board, lunch is served with water, soft drinks, coffee and tea. Underwater photos and videos, beach towels, sunscreen and personal spending are extra. When the yacht is back in Hurghada, the driver brings you home to Soma Bay.

Good to know: you should be able to swim a little. Listen to every diving safety rule, and stay off planes for 24 hours after a dive. Children must meet the age rules for each activity. Bring swimwear, a towel and sunscreen. Your pickup time depends on the hotel and comes by WhatsApp or Telegram after booking.
