Bianca Island Snorkeling Trip – Makadi Bay

Staying in Makadi Bay and dreaming of white sand in the middle of the Red Sea? The Bianca Island snorkeling trip gives you a full day at sea, with island time and two reef stops. It suits beginners and confident snorkelers.

Your day begins with a pickup at your hotel in Makadi Bay. Our driver takes you north along the coast to the marina in Hurghada, about 30 km away. The boat leaves at about 08:00 on every day of the week, and the whole trip lasts about 8 hours.

Once you reach Bianca Island, you get one hour on shore. Walk on the soft sand or float in the calm, shallow lagoon.

Two snorkeling stops at coral reefs are part of the plan. The crew hands out the snorkeling gear, and you swim above coral and bright reef fish. Safety equipment is on the yacht, and the sun deck is perfect for drying off.

Lunch is served on the yacht, and water, soft drinks, coffee and tea are there all day. Not included: underwater photos, beach towels and personal expenses. In the afternoon the yacht sails back to the marina, and we drive you back to Makadi Bay.

Good to know: pack your passport or a copy, since it may be checked at the port, together with swimwear, a towel and sunscreen. Beach shoes and a light cover-up help. Non-swimmers are welcome thanks to the life jackets on board.
