Quad Bike Safari, Camel Ride & Bedouin Village – El Gouna

This is the classic desert outing for guests in El Gouna: your own automatic quad bike, about 50 km of desert trails, a camel ride and tea in a Bedouin village.

Pick any start time from 08:00 to 14:00, on any day. An air-conditioned car collects you in El Gouna and brings you to the safari station, where the guides show you how the quad works, run a safety briefing and give you a helmet.

Your professional guide then leads the group into the Red Sea Mountains: roughly 25 km out and roughly 25 km back. Because the bikes are automatic, beginners quickly feel at ease, and experienced riders still enjoy the trails. There are photo stops along the route.

Where the route turns around, a traditional Bedouin village waits with a short camel ride and a glass of Bedouin tea. One bottle of water and one soft drink are included; photos, extra drinks, the scarf and goggles are not part of the package.

Ride alone or share: a single quad means one bike per guest, while on a double quad two guests share a bike, a good fit for 1 adult riding with 1 child.

Good to know: the safari itself lasts about 3 hours, not counting the transfers. Have your passport or a photo ID with you, plus closed shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen and a scarf. Quad drivers must meet the minimum age, and we do not recommend the trip during pregnancy.
