Sea Scope Semi-Submarine & Snorkeling – Sahl Hasheesh

Fancy seeing coral and fish without diving? Guests from Sahl Hasheesh can take a seat on the Sea Scope, a boat with a viewing room below the sea and wide windows all around. Families, kids, non-swimmers and anyone curious about the Red Sea will enjoy it.

The Sea Scope sails from the marina in Hurghada. We pick you up at your hotel in Sahl Hasheesh, drive you there and bring you back afterwards. It goes every day, sets off at about 10:00 and takes about 3 hours.

Please note that the Sea Scope is a semi-submarine, not a true submarine. Its lower deck sits under the surface with big windows, but the boat never dives, so you stay dry for as long as you like.

The boat also pauses for snorkeling in clear water. If you feel like a swim, you can meet the coral and fish face to face; if not, simply stay on board. Swimming is your choice, and the crew is there to help if you need it. A cruise along the coast ends the trip before you return to the marina.

Photos or videos can be bought if you want them, and personal spending is not covered. After the trip, our driver takes you back to Sahl Hasheesh.
