Mahmya Island Snorkeling Trip – Sahl Hasheesh

Mahmya counts among the most exclusive islands of the Red Sea, and from Sahl Hasheesh you can spend a full day there by yacht. It is quiet, very beautiful and fine for children too.

The island lies within the protected Giftun area. Guests love its peaceful feel, its white sand and its clear blue water. You have one hour to swim and sunbathe, and lunch is served right there on Mahmya. Entry to the island is included.

Getting there is easy. A driver collects you from your Sahl Hasheesh hotel and brings you to Hurghada's marina. A comfortable yacht with a sun deck leaves around 08:00 every day, and the outing lasts roughly 7 hours.

Two snorkeling stops at coral reefs are also on the plan. Bright fish swim among coral gardens, the gear is provided, and the spots work for newcomers as well as for regular snorkelers.

On board, tea, coffee, soft drinks and water are included, and a professional crew with safety equipment looks after you. Beach towels, personal spending and underwater photos are not covered. At the end of the day, the car takes you home.
