Orange Bay Island Snorkeling Trip – El Gouna

White sand, shallow turquoise water and coral reefs close by: Orange Bay is one of the best-known islands of the Red Sea. This yacht trip lets guests staying in El Gouna enjoy the island and two snorkeling stops in one easy day.

The day starts with pickup at your hotel in El Gouna. We drive you to the marina in Hurghada, where a comfortable yacht with a sun deck is waiting. Departure is daily at about 08:00, and you are out for about 6 hours in total.

Two reef stops show you bright fish and coral. The gear is included, and the yacht carries life jackets and other safety equipment. First-time snorkelers and experienced ones both enjoy the stops, and children are welcome.

Orange Bay itself is part of the Giftun islands, a protected area off the coast. Your hour there is for the beach: swim, relax and take beautiful photos.

Lunch is served on the yacht, together with coffee, tea, soft drinks and water. Not included are sunscreen, beach towels, personal expenses and underwater photos or videos. Once the yacht is back in port, we take you back to your hotel.

Good to know: keep your passport or a copy in your bag, as the port may check it, along with sunscreen, a towel and swimwear. A light cover-up and beach shoes are useful.
