Spa with 60-Min Massage & Salt Cave – Sahl Hasheesh

Sun, sea and excursions can leave you a little tired. This spa program gives guests staying in Sahl Hasheesh a calm 2 hours, built around a full body massage of 60 minutes and time in a salt cave. Couples, friends and people on their own all enjoy it.

The spa is in Hurghada. We pick you up at your Sahl Hasheesh hotel, take you there and bring you back afterwards. It opens daily, and you can book a slot between 08:00 and 22:00, so a slow afternoon or an evening visit both work.

Begin with the sauna and the steam bath, which warm you up and open your skin. Afterwards, sit in the salt cave, a quiet room where the air is rich in salt and you can breathe slowly and let go.

Next, a professional therapist works on your tense muscles during a 60-minute massage of the whole body. Then you lie back in the jacuzzi with fresh fruit and a soft drink, and a nourishing face mask ends the session.

All of these steps are in the package, together with the transfers between Sahl Hasheesh and the spa. The one thing not included is aromatic oils.
