What is a hammam? It is a bathing custom that goes back centuries, based on heat, steam and a deep clean. Here, it is paired with time in a salt cave and a relaxing massage.

The hammam is in Hurghada. We collect you from your El Gouna hotel and return you after your visit. It is open daily, any slot from 08:00 to 22:00 is possible, and you should allow about 3 hours.

Professional therapists guide you through each step. Heat comes first, in the sauna and steam bath. A full body peeling removes dead skin, and then a thick foam bath with a soap massage follows. Afterwards you rest in the jacuzzi with fresh fruit and soft drinks and sit in the salt cave, where the air is rich in salt.

The program ends with a nourishing face mask and the full body massage, so you leave feeling light and calm. Aromatic oils are not part of the package.
